What we collect
- When you send the enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number, the type of request you choose, your message (if any), and the page you sent it from (for example, an agent's personal page).
- After you send the form: we email you a confirmation.
- When you visit the site: our hosting and security providers process technical data, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver the pages and to block spam on the form.
- Only if you agree: statistics and marketing cookies (see Cookies).
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry, send you the dossier, arrange viewings and contact you about this property. You ask us to do this and give your consent with the tick-box on the form; it is also a step you ask us to take before any purchase (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- To keep the website and form secure and free of spam: our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Statistics and marketing cookies: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who receives your details
- Our sales team, through our enquiries mailbox.
- The agent whose page you used. Each agent has a personal page on this site, and enquiries sent from it go directly to that agent as well; the form on that page shows the agent's name. Agents are Realista consultants or partner real-estate agents and agencies working with us on the sale of this property. You can ask us at any time which agent or agency received your details.
- Service providers that run the website for us and may only use your details on our instructions:
- Cloudflare: hosting and the spam check on the form
- Zoho: sending the website's emails
- Microsoft: our email inboxes
- Vimeo: the video player, only when you play the video
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google: advertising and statistics, only if you accept those cookies
- Public authorities, only where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers are based in, or may process data in, the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your details
